Aky Terms of Service

1. Service and operator

Aky is an online classifieds service for publishing and finding offers of goods, services and other marketplace content. The legal operator, registered address and company identifiers must be added before public launch.

Browsing public listings is available without registration. Registration is required to post listings, contact sellers, use messages, saved searches, reviews and other advanced features.

2. Accounts and listings

Users are responsible for accurate information, account security and lawful content. Each listing must describe a specific offer or request, not generic company advertising or mass duplicate goods.

Listings may include translations, price, condition, category, district-level location and up to 10 photos. The user must have the right to use all uploaded text, images and files.

• Misleading, duplicate, false or wrongly categorized listings may be limited or removed.
• Photos from other sellers may not be reused without permission.
• Aky may adjust technical metadata, slugs, fallback translations or categories for functionality, SEO and moderation.
• A listing stays active until the user pauses/removes it or Aky restricts it under these rules.

3. Prohibited content

Aky does not allow illegal, unsafe, fraudulent, rights-infringing or unsuitable content, goods or services. Paid promotion does not override these rules.

• Drugs, regulated medicines without authorization, unlawful health products and dangerous substances.
• Weapons, ammunition, explosives or regulated goods without legal compliance.
• Counterfeits, stolen goods, piracy, unauthorized accounts, keys or licences.
• Financial scams, unauthorized loans, pyramid schemes, MLM, upfront-fee work and empty earning offers.
• Sexual services, dating ads, hateful content, threats, harassment and discrimination.
• Spam, scraping, automated overload, limit circumvention, rating manipulation and impersonation.

4. Moderation and reports

Aky may reject, pause, remove, recategorize or restrict listings, contact tools or accounts when there is a reasonable concern about law, safety, policy compliance or marketplace quality.

Users can report illegal content, fraud, rights violations or other issues. For significant actions, Aky may provide a reason and a support or appeal path where required by law.

5. Paid options and future safe delivery

Basic browsing and ordinary marketplace functionality may be free. Top placement, highlighting, VIP positions, business packages and other add-ons may be paid according to the current offer.

Safe delivery, escrow, KYC, disputes and seller payouts are not part of the first MVP. Separate rules, fees and buyer/seller protection processes are required before those features launch.

6. Liability and service changes

Aky normally only connects users. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Aky is not the seller of user-listed items and does not guarantee quality, origin, handover, payment or completion of user deals.

Aky may change, improve, limit or discontinue individual features. These terms may be updated, and material changes will be communicated in a reasonable way.
