For high-volume sellers

A business account

An account can hold the business seller role. Its cards then carry a Business mark, so a buyer knows who they are dealing with before they click. Write to support for the role; we check that the company exists.

• The seller profile gathers the name, time on Chux, live listing count and reviews.
• You may reply to each review once, in public. The reply appears under it.
• The name can be hidden, but on a business account we advise against it: a Business mark with no name raises more questions than it answers.

When listings arrive by the dozen

• One thing per listing. Ten sizes in one text cannot be filtered or found.
• Fill in the attributes. They are what buyers filter by, and one of them shows on the card.
• Prepare photographs at 1600px on the long edge; the browser does the rest on upload.
• Close what has sold. A dead listing drags the whole profile down.

Promotion and packages

Besides single TOP, VIP and Highlighted purchases there is a ten-listing package. It is bought against the account rather than one listing, so it can be spent on whatever is not moving.

• TOP: the head of the default order for its term, with a mark on the cover.
• VIP: the same, for longer, with a louder mark.
• Highlighted: a gold ring around the card and no mark.

Watching the market

A saved search is the fastest way to see what competitors are doing and when the stock you buy shows up. Chux keeps the words, the category, the district and the price range, and mails one digest a day of what is new.
